Sorry, but I have no one to tag back.

I suppose it's been a while since I actually updated. My dear Muffin Man was ranting about how I made this blog, but yet have neither made new friends, nor updated, nor done much of anything at all. *laughs* How hard is it to understand I'm just not very good with the internet?

Anyway. I start college next fall. I suppose it's a bit late, since I'll be twenty by then, but I wasn't even going to at first. I signed up, because I was discussing it with Dad, and we both decided that it would be a good idea for me to pursue something, rather than cars, antiques, and other such things. I would like to further myself, anyway; after all, all of my friends in Wiltshire, including Peter, are all going, or are to graduate shortly. I halted my studies, and now I wish that I hadn't. It's so very boring when one has naught to do on a regular basis, especially in a town like Palm Springs.

It's not that I miss living in Wilkshire. Excluding the solstice, the town was quite quiet, well, save the tourists coming to see the lovely pile of pagan rocks.

Anyway. That's all I have to say for now.

Well, unlike what Muffin Man seems to think, I did NOT use flying dutchman as my username, and I can't say that I care.

I am Kik. I was born in Holland on April 15, 1986, but spent much of my childhood in England, mostly around the Wiltshire area. I do have a bit of a large inheritance coming, but that's not really important, I just thought I'd make note of it in case any of you start telling me to go to college or something. It's not that I don't like education, it's just that, well.... Once you have to pay for it there's a bit of a sour taste in your mouth. At the moment I reside in Palm Springs, California, where I actually met Muffin Man (at a Super 8 Hotel by the pool, of all places).

My hobbies include hiking, swimming, and for a while I held a job at the local restaurant, but got bored with that. Dad said that it didn't leave enough time for my studies, either, but it was the first thing I did here in California.

Anyway. Dad was talking again today. *laughs* Muttering about how much he hates the bloody Dutch. Mum, Wilm (my younger brother), and I just kind of looked at him. *laughs again* He never really means these things, but in some ways I suppose it's ironic.
